Michael Guerrina has over 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, specializing in design and manufacturing of Hastelloy HC22 products. He began his technology career in his hometown of Poughkeepsie, NY, moving to Austin, TX in 1994 as an Engineering Design Manager, designing and developing UHP gas panel systems.

Mike has a passion for invention and has been an entrepreneur since 1997. He founded Apparent Technologies, Inc. in 2004 and provides expertise and support to global semiconductor clients from his Austin, TX facility.

He holds several patents for tools that provide increased efficiency and accuracy in high purity welding, with more products in development.

John MacInnes brings over 35 years of invaluable experience in Engineering, Design, and Manufacturing of UHP (Ultra High Purity) Products, with a focus on Ultra Clean product support for Semiconductor Products. As a seasoned professional, he is deeply committed to ensuring the quality of his companies products and services consistently exceed customer expectations.

Throughout his career, John has been instrumental in driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer support, earning him a reputation as a trusted leader in the Semiconductor industry.

Cody Adams brings over a decade of invaluable expertise in manufacturing management to his role as Operations Manager and Engineering. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for optimizing processes. Specializing in workflow improvements, he has consistently driven labor efficiency through innovative strategies and meticulous analysis. Cody’s commitment to excellence has earned him a reputation as a trusted leader in the industry, dedicated to achieving operational excellence and driving sustainable growth for his team and organization.

Joe Hodgerney is a Veteran of our US armed forces and has over 13 years’ experience with Management in AS9100, ISO9001, and Nadcap systems of various services for defense, aerospace, and semiconductor industries providing excellent quality standards to follow for the development, delivery and execution of products and services. Experienced in improving processes and procedures by leveraging hands-on inspections, test methods and data analysis.

Tricia Guerrina has over 30 years of business development leadership experience in the semiconductor and IT industries. She helped launch Apparent Technologies, Inc. in 2004 after several years in the telecom and IT recruitment fields, helping technology leaders build great teams. She now serves in an account management role at ATI, providing quotes and ensuring product delivery to clients while building long-term relationships.
